Problem Set 1: C

Deadline: 18 September 2026

Complete these five tasks in order:

  1. Hello, World
  2. Hello, It's Me
  3. Mario
  4. Coins
  5. Credit

Each task must be written in standard C and compile in your local development environment. Use stdio.h and scanf when a program needs input; do not use course-specific C libraries.

Organize your source files as follows:

├── world/
│   └── hello.c
├── me/

├── coins/

└── credit/
    └── credit.c

Do not include compiled executables in your submission.

Before you submit

Check that:

  • all five source files are present;
  • each program compiles without errors;
  • you tested normal inputs and the edge cases listed on each task page;
  • indentation and variable names are consistent; and
  • each program contains brief comments where the logic is not obvious.

  2. Upload or push the five folders shown above to the repository.
  3. Open the repository link in a private/incognito browser window to confirm that it is publicly accessible.
